Click on Fill in your compass and create your account. During the sign-up process, select “I have a coupon code” and enter the code you received from your academic institution.

Complete the questionnaires
The compass consists of 6 short questionnaires and will take about 30–45 minutes. Some questions may seem unexpected, but they are scientifically designed to uncover your true strengths and drivers. Trust your intuition and answer honestly, there are no right or wrong answers.

Receive your personal compass
Once completed, you can download your personal report directly. It gives you a clear overview of your competencies, motivators, and career directions. Your institution may also use the anonymized results to better guide students and PhD’s in their career development.
